Immediate Reporting Requirement: To maintain the integrity of your vehicle and the validity of this warranty, it is crucial that any issues or defects are reported immediately to Mobile Windscreens & Tinting Pty Ltd. Prompt reporting helps mitigate further damage to the vehicle. Delays in reporting that result in exacerbated damage may void coverage under this warranty. Your attention to this detail is essential in preserving the condition of your vehicle and ensuring continued coverage under our warranty.

Conditions of Warranty: This warranty specifically covers defects in workmanship only and expressly excludes the following:

  • Damage from any impacts.

  • Rust or corrosion on any part of the vehicle, including issues with rust or faulty rubber seals.

  • Physical damage including impact damage.

  • Environmental deterioration.

  • Abuse or misuse by the driver or owner of the vehicle; negligent acts or omissions by the owner or any driver of the vehicle.

  • Defects or issues not brought to our attention within a reasonable timeframe; further damage caused to the vehicle due to unreported issues will not be covered under this warranty.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Faults inherent to the vehicle (including existing manufacturing faults).

  • Usage of the vehicle or removal of adhesive tape before the advised time.

  • Removal of paint or adhesive tapes used during the service.

  • Mobile Windscreens & Tinting Pty Ltd will not be responsible for the removal of any aftermarket or second-hand accessories attached to your glass (e.g., dash cams, GPS, and reversing cameras) or for any damage to those accessories or your glass caused or contributed to by their removal.

Additional Terms:

  • Vehicles fitted with cameras must be recalibrated for the warranty to be valid. We do not guarantee calibration by dealer manufacturer and are not liable for the vehicle while in the dealer’s care. A receipt must be provided for any guarantee to be valid.

  • This warranty is non-transferable.

Liability Limitations:

  • We take extra care to prevent any damage to your vehicle during the course of work; however, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle except to the extent that such loss or damage is directly caused by our negligence.

  • We have no liability under this warranty for any loss of your time, vehicle use, rental vehicle costs, transport costs, loss of profits, anticipated profits, or any indirect or consequential losses.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you or any third parties for any claim (whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or statute) for any loss, damage, injury, or death to any person or property arising out of or relating to the services provided by us, except where attributable to our proven negligence.
