Windscreen Chip Repair Process
Preparing the glass for resin application
The technician will first clean the damaged glass in-case of extra debris that might interfere with the repair tool and resin application.
A clean glass is critical to the repair so that our tool can bond to your windscreen properly for the fix.

We repair the minor chip or crack with our special resin application tool
Our technicians use a high quality resin repair tool to restore your glass to excellent condition, leaving your minor chip or crack much stronger. In some cases, the chip may still be slightly visible after repair because the resin strengthens the damaged area but cannot always remove every mark in the glass.
Once the glass has been cleaned, we firmly place our repair tool over the crack and apply a high quality resin through the chip or crack.
The technician will then use a special UV light to strengthen the resin bond.

We clean and polish the windscreen
Once the resin has dried we then thoroughly clean and polish the windscreen so that any excess resin is removed to ensure a clean finish.
