STEP 1 of 5
We clean up the broken glass
If the windscreen has shattered, we vacuum the broken glass out of the cab, taking care with the dash and seats.

STEP 2 of 5
We remove the damaged windscreen
We remove the old windscreen without damaging the cab, trims or paint.
If there is a toll tag on the glass, we move it to the new windscreen.

STEP 3 of 5
We replace the seals
Many truck windscreens are held in a rubber seal rather than bonded to the cab. We fit a new seal with the glass.
On a bonded windscreen we replace the mouldings.

STEP 4 of 5
We fit the new windscreen
Seal-fitted glass is seated into the rubber and the cab opening.
Bonded glass is fixed with automotive glass adhesive, which needs time to cure. Your technician tells you when the truck is safe to drive.

We check the fit
We check the glass is seated and sealed all the way round.
All glass we supply complies with the Australian Vehicle Standard for safety glazing.
